LOCATION

Our office is located in the Kellogg Building only minutes north of the C-470 and Broadway exit. It nestles against the Highline Canal and has a walking trail accessible from the parking lot.

                                                                                   DIRECTIONS


(FROM THE SOUTH) From C-470 travel north on Broadway past Littleton Hospital, turning left onto W. Dry Creek Circle (Marie Calender's on the corner). Stay in the right hand lane and turn into parking lot of multi-story office building on left.

(FROM THE NORTH) Access Broadway south past South Suburban Golf Course. Turn right on W. Dry Creek (block 7500 south). Stay in right lane and turn into parking lot of multi-story office building on left.

(FROM THE EAST) Access can be from C-470 (see above) or via Dry Creek. Cross Broadway onto W. Dry Creek Circle...

(FROM THE WEST) W. Dry Creek Circle must be entered from Broadway. Mineral and Littleton Blvd are both good travel options to get to Broadway if C-470 is not desirable.  Turn north on Broadway if using Mineral and turn south on Broadway if using Littleton Blvd.

(AFTER HOURS AND SATURDAY ACCESS)

Foothills Speech and Language LLC and Jeff Steffen both are programed into the outside phone system near front doors. Patients should scroll through list of names (alphabetical) and dial the number.  This will phone us and we can buzz you in from our office. Otherwise access is available around the left side of building, lower level, door near MRI access.

Patients are asked to download, print and complete the following forms prior to an initial visit.   These forms can be emailed back to us at Jeff@foothillsspeech.org or simply brought in at the time of your first visit.
